If your matter is urgent, or if you are a tenant who is experiencing urgent maintenance issues (outside of business hours), please call our emergency numbers as listed on the preferred providers contact us page for immediate assistance. Should our preferred provider be un-contactable an alternate tradesperson / provider is to be contacted to attend.
Please note that if the tradesperson is called out and determine that the problem was not an emergency or the responsibility of the landlord all costs incurred and associated with the callout are the tenants responsibility.
